PLN has expressed its interest in exploring the
support of KfW and the World Bank in developing
the green-field Poko Hydropower Project and an
extension of the downstream located and existing
Bakaru Hydropower Plant, the Bakaru II
Hydropower Project, on Mamasa River in Western
Sulawesi. A feasibility study on Poko Hydropower
Project was completed in 1997 and a detailed
design report on Bakaru II Hydropower Project in
1998, however, neither of the existing studies
envisaged a cascade development of the two
projects.

The required Consulting Services comprise the
update of the existing studies on both Poko and
Bakaru II hydropower projects taking into account a
combined development of the two projects.

上記の入札公示は、去年の４，５月ごろか。今気付いた。

僕が考えていた最適案が出てきたね。下流の流れ込み式の堆砂問題は、上流に貯水池タイプのダム発電所を築いて、何とか解決させるしかないんですね。

知っていたけど、元いた会社諸君には伝えなかった。どうせお馬鹿さんだからね。

PLNも気付くのに一体何年かかったんでしょうかね。

もう公示から１年以上たったけど、どこが取ったかはまだ分からない。
