今日は朝からガタガタしていた。会議の連続であった。途中別の専門家の帰国直前の業務完了報告会に参加。長期の方は2年間ずっとだから大変だが、途中帰国して数カ月間が空くことがないので効率的かもしれない。セクターが全然違うが一般情報を理解するのはいいことだ。
午後は省の会議。３つのコンポーネントがあり限られた予算内で資金を配分するが、数カ月経ってもまだ結論はでていない。そういうことも考えてコンポーネントは複数のパッケージにしてあるのだが、中々コスト算定も難しいしソフトコンポーネントもありいやらしいところだ。調整機能がまだ省にはない。
さて、昨日の夜インドネシアから国家開発計画省（通称、BAPPENAS)が毎年まとめる海外からの有償無償案件の優先案件リストが入った。全てのセクターは興味はないが、国家電力公社（PLN)のリストに関心ありだ。
プロジェクト支援では、17のプロジェクトが選定されてる。
ハイドロはそのうち3件しかない（下記）。揚水が1件（アッパーチソカン）
バカル水力II（南スラベシ）
クサン水力（南カリマンタン）
サグリン水力リハビリ
新規の水力発電所建設はクサン水力だけだから、如何に水力開発が進んでいないかを如実に表している。
バカル水力IIは、実際のところ、バカルIの復旧後に新設する計画であるから１００％新規とは言えない。下記に詳細を示す。
