今週はIWRM関連機関からのメルマガがいくつも届いたので纏めて整理する。

１．SfEP

ECが発行しているお馴染みSfEPから面白いクイズが紹介されている。

EU諸国に係るクイズなので正解は難しいが面白い。

２．WWC

第５回世界水フォーラムの総括的な要旨がでた。GWPとINBOが纏めたIWRMのハンドブックのことがちょっと載っている。あまり全面的には紹介されていないところが気になる。

３．CAP-NET

気候変動も主要なテーマになってきた。

４．INBO

越境国際河川流域機構で有名なセネガル川のOMVSの主催で次期INBO世界大会がセネガルで開かれる。ここでも気候変動がテーマである。

IWRMという略語もだんだん使用頻度が下がっているように思えるがいかがであろうか。それに代わり、水資源に係る気候変動の影響というテーマがどこでも多い。科学的なアプローチの必要性を感じている。環境政策への科学という言い方も大変興味深い。セネガルでは気候変動の水文学的な影響にどう適用するかという問題が議論されるようだ。
